GOD HAS TAKEN UP YOUR CAUSE – PSALM 107:1 – 9
Let those whose cause the Lord has taken up say so, his people whom he has taken out of the hands of their haters; (v.2 BBE)
Let the redeemed of the LORD say “I am redeemed; Praise the LORD!” Sing it, and keep declaring this because in Christ Jesus has the LORD taken your cause; paid a big price in the shedding of His (Jesus Christ) Blood and His death. The perfection of this work of redemption is His resurrection and the release of His Spirit. Please believe in this great work and be blessed indeed.
Several things has happened to you in life, some pleasant and others, very unpleasant; yet in all, you are up this day and you should be ably bold to thank the LORD for HIS love, care and help.
You have wandered and faltered in life (and maybe you are still in that situation); you have missed several opportunities to make something big out of your life; you misbehaved and faltered out of the will of GOD for your life; yet, GOD remains faithful as HE fights your cause (many times, secretely) and gives you grace to operate and live. Do you know that the enemy of your soul has raised several adversaries to hinder and stop your cause in life? Do you know how many ways GOD fights for you? Is HE not answering your prayers? You must show appreciation to this GOD.
The Psalmist exposed a class of people who would have been forgotten and killed by the many challenges they were faced with even when the LORD called them from different places to give them a more convenient place and a future. But because the enemy would not want this, he plundered their camp and misled them. They became hungry and were thirsty; they became very feeble. Thanks to GOD that they know they have HIM to cry to; and HE helped them. Your challenging situation now is an avenue to call on a GOD that can fight your cause. There is hope for you. Before you got to this level GOD had made Jesus Christ to die to defeat Satan and prevent him from crushing you so that you are not destroyed. GOD has taken up your cause. Have faith in the Jesus Christ HE raised for this purpose and be saved from all the troubles. Let HIM lead to fill and satisfy your soul today.
Present every issue to GOD by faith in Christ Jesus. May you be filled with joy and your mouth full of praise in Jesus name.
