RECEIVE THE POWER OF GRACE – TITUS 2:9 - 15
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, (vv.11,12 NKJV)
We all have a common enemy who has multiplied and transforms himself using several demons, principalities and other evil forces. This common enemy goes around through his agents to make human beings fall out of favour with GOD through sin and its effects. And no one has the power over and against sin, except the Son of GOD, Jesus Christ, who became sin that the man of sin, Satan could be defeated. Jesus got this done and He now empowers anyone who believes in His work to overcome sin by the power of His Spirit. It is then possible for one to live in constant victory over sin when one receives the grace of salvation that is in Christ Jesus by faith. I pray that you are made bold by grace to say ‘No’ to sin and deny every influence of the forces of the common enemy. May you rejoice in the grace of salvation and be strengthened by the power of GOD to live right.
I have heard several complaints of people about their struggles against sin or a sinful habit. Are you struggling to overcome a particular sinful habit? You cannot help yourself, you must locate the grace of GOD that is in Jesus Christ; you must get the help of the power of GOD through His Holy Spirit. In the Holy Spirit you receive the grace that will give you the ability to do what you cannot ordinarily do. Grace is GOD’S empowerment to do what Satan cannot easily stand against in the life of man. Grace is the GOD factor that helps in the race of life to a glorious destiny. GOD has the ability with HIM to overpower Satan, sin, its works and its effects. This is freely given to all who seek for it through Jesus Christ. Please receive the power of grace and be free from the struggles to overcome Satan. Receive the power for a new and better focus of glorious things. There is hope for a better life now; there is hope to be part of a life in the Kingdom of GOD to come. Let your faith in Christ be renewed. Let no man despise you.
